This weekend was host to the Toronto Mini Maker Faire; nestled in the historic Wychwood Barns, hackers, DIY’ers, builders, and all-round hobbyists came out in droves (despite a steady stream of rain and below seasonal temperatures) to experience what has been dubbed as the “greatest show (and tell) on earth” An offshoot of the Maker Faire which is defined as “Part science fair, part county fair, and part something entirely new, Maker Faire is an all-ages gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, authors, artists, students, and commercial exhibitors.
