The Makers Nation partnered with Absolut Canada for their 2014 Makerfest campaign.
Tapping into their artistic roots the Absolut brand went from partnering with traditional artists like Andy Warhol in the 1980′s to building relationships with today’s contemporary creators, thinkers, dreamers, and tinkerers. They launched a global campaign titled “Transform Today” which was all about celebrating creative expression and transformation in art, music, fashion, design and technology.
Absolut was hosting local events in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver to showcase local makers and encourage participation in their Bottle Hack Competition. The Makers Nation connected Absolut to makers in Toronto to showcase their creations at the event, and helped to promote and enlist participants in the competition.
