At The Makers Nation we believe that play can be an important catalyst for creativity in both children and adults alike. We wanted to see what would happen if we placed impromptu ‘play stations’ on busy streets in major cities around the world.
In San Francisco we drew a large hopscotch on the sidewalk of the Embarcadero. At first, it was only kids that were attracted to the game but eventually more and more adults started to take part.
The goal of these mini-creative interventions is to remind people of the importance of play and that creativity and playfulness have no age limit.
